Recipe!
O.K. first of all, I have not downloaded any pictures yet from the BLOGGY BASH 2007, so bare with me. After having many people requesting the recipe for my cheesecake here it is! Make it, and enjoy!!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crust:
1 1/2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 cup butter
Melt butter, then mix in sugar and cracker crumbs, press into the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Stick in the oven for just a few minutes.
(We like it thick, so instead of making it with the measurements above, I doubled it, plus I mixed chocolate graham crackers with cinnamon ones)
Filling:
4 boxes Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cups sugar
3/4 Cup milk
4 eggs
1 Cup sour cream
1 Tbls. Vanilla
1/4 Cup flour
Mix softened cream cheese and sugar, add in milk.
Add eggs 1 @ a time.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour.
Pour into pan, bake for one hour. Turn off oven (do not take a peek, do not open the door!!!)
cool in the oven for 5-6 hours (that's the hardest part!)
For the toppings, I used Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch, and Hot fudge, but stores down here don't carry it, we got it in Wisconsin, I also crumbled up pecans. But I made it before plain, and it is quite yummy that way too!

I agree with whoever called you the southern belle. You are a doll. Our own little Alabama Martha Stewart. Can't wait to hear your sweet little Chinese girl speak with that southern drawl....
Great fun meeting you. Glad I could introduce you to the enjoyment of a jello shot.
