3 words (just for you Mel)
As I mentioned before, I made Lily an ABC quilt for her finishing Kindergarten. Well, Mel, I know you wanted to see it, so I finally got around to taking a picture with Lily holding it up.
She really loves this quilt, now I have to get my rear in gear and do some more quilting!
On a side note: what is the deal with my girls! Ever since school got out for summer, they have been non stop fighting, ALL THE TIME!!! Driving me a little nutty!
If that's not bad enough, the other day we hosted a play date with a couple of her friends from school and their sister's that are Madilyn's age, well we got a new blow up slide, and the thing is huge! One of the girls came up to me and said "Mrs. _____" Lily is um, pulling her hair" and about that time I hear Madilyn SCREAMING, so I jump up and run around this monster of a thing, and see Lily trying to drown Madilyn. Not really, I'm sure she did not know that would happen, but poor little Madilyn's face was only and inch from the water, and yes, Lily was trying to push her under. I asked what she was doing, and she said she was playing the big bad wolf, and later said that Madilyn has to learn how to put her head under the water. Well, we had a very serious conversation about (1) the fact that Madilyn is scared to put her face under water and (2) you NEVER push someone's face in the water. She now knows that it could hurt them, and the end would not be good. I swear they play so nice with OTHER kids, but eachother, HA, they sure know how to push the other's buttons!

Sorry about the fighting but I love the quilt! I've turned into a bit of a quilt freak lately as I'm getting ready to take on J's 100GW quilt.
Angela the Quilt is beautiful. You did a really good job.
My girls have been fussing a good bit this summer also. I did them a treasure box so hopefully they would be entertained for awhile. They have enjoyed that.
