Need to vent!

O.K. we are STILL waiting on Pennsylvania to State Certify Matt's Employment Verification letter. They received it on December 13, and it has been a little over three weeks, and this is a little irritating! I sent out 9 documents to the state of Alabama, and they Certified them and sent them back within a week.
So I got tired of waiting and called to see what was going on. The person I spoke with was not outright rude, but not very friendly either. She said that they were working on the mail from December 8th, and ours was not being processed yet. I am SO glad that we don't live in this state. If so, who knows how long we would have to wait to get all of our documents done from them! I'm thankful that we only had to send them one.
Any way, I sent off Matt's State certified birth certificate to the Chinese Consulate in Chicago today, so maybe that will come back pretty quickly.
And our social worker has emailed our home study to GWCA to make sure everything looks O.K.
